We work hard to achieve the highest possible availability across our thousands of size-colour combinations so that the chance of not finding your order in stock at the point of picking is as small as possible. The lines we sell are either 'replenishable' or 'seasonal'. Replenishable stock can be re-ordered from the manufacturers and stock is constantly coming in and out of our warehouse. This means that even if your item is not found at the point of picking we are likely to fulfil your order very quickly anyway. Our customer services team will be in touch if there is a significant delay to your order. Seasonal stock cannot be re-ordered from the manufacturers when it runs out - when it's gone it's gone. This means that if your item is not found at the point of picking, we will be unable to fulfil your order. You will be offered an alternative or you can cancel your order. Our customer services team will be in touch and do everything they can to help when these situations do occur.
Occasionally, our product database allows the website to display product options which are not available at the point of picking. This can happen due to inaccuracies that creep into the database over time. We work as hard as we can to keep the database as accurate as it can be so that items cannot be ordered when they are not available to pick and avoid your disappointment.
