
Once you have placed your order with Cloggs.co.uk it will be too late to change the details of that order through the website. If you realise you have made an error or simply wish to alter what you have bought slightly, one of our customer services representatives will take care of this for you. Provided we have not already fulfilled and processed your order, which will normally be within a day of you placing your order. If your order has already been processed you will need to undergo our Returns Procedure for refunds or exchanges.
