Returns Procedure

It is important that you follow the steps below to enable us to process your order efficiently and to ensure you do not incur any unnecessary costs:

  1. Detach your returns note from your original order. (Or click on our Returns Note to print one out.)Ensure that you contact us to receive your Unique Returns Reference number. this proves that you have informed us of your intent to return your goods within the 28days of receipt.
  2. Fill out the Returns Note on the reverse side including your order number.
  3. In the case of fault or error, please provide a full description with your reason for return in the space provided.
  4. Place your completed Returns Note with the returning product (either in the footwear box or just inside the packaging if the item has no box originally i.e jeans)
  5. Wrap the item(s) securely in its original or alternative suitable packaging with all tags, receipts (or copies) and accessories pertaining to the returned goods.(Do Not apply tape directly to the branded packaging/box.)


  6. a) If you are a UK Customer who selected FREE RETURNS or any "Express" or Saturday Shipping, attach your pre-paid postage label to front of package and send via your local post office with the completed Returns Note to the address below.
    Please keep a record of the tracking number from the postage label and ensure that the post office scans this and gives you a receipt.

    b) If you are an International Customer or a UK Customer who selected "Standard" delivery and wishes not to purchase a returns label from Cloggs.co.uk directly, for your protection, we strongly recommend you use a Recorded or Traceable Delivery Service to return your securely wrapped and packaged items back to us. Cloggs.co.uk can not be responsible for goods that have not reached us because your chosen carriers have failed to deliver the goods back to us safely.

    c) If you are a UK customer who selected "Standard" delivery and do wish to order an insured and trackable returns postage label from Cloggs.co.uk, you first need to email us with the Item(s) and Order Number that you wish to return.
    If you want to pay for a returns postage label and the exchange delivery fee, email us by clicking here.
    If you just want to return your item(s) email us by clicking here.
    We will then email you a link. From here you can order your returns label which we will deliver direct to your chosen address. The label then can be used to return your goods without further cost regardless of the weight of the item(s) you are returning. You will also be able to track your parcel all the way back to our stores by making a note of your unique tracking number and visiting www.parcelforce.com or by telephoning them on 0870 850 1150. Please ensure that the post office scans the postage label and gives you a receipt.


  7. Please allow 14 days for the goods to be returned to us, and for us to process the return. We will notify you by email when we have processed you return.
